The composition is OK - although a bit cluttered, but that's part of the idea, I guess - but there are some issues with the appearance. I don't think it's JPEG compression (since the file size is >300KB -btw, how did you manage to upload that?!), so perhaps you oversharpened it?

If you shot it @ small aperture, perhaps it's diffraction.
