I am surprised you have not received any feedback to this photo. I rather like it!
I like your idea to try this shot of the ornate building through the fountain. GReat creative thinking on your part. The result isn't perfectly sharp BUT I do give you credit for thinking of this idea and giving it a go. Creativity and seeing opportunities such as this is all part of photography (in my opinion) so I applaud you for taking this photo. And, it really is a nice photo!
