[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
When I switched on the light the shadows of this clock caught my eye.
The day I took this photo I had my camera for a week. I tried different POV's, different whitebalances, etc, etc. Just trying to find out how the cam worked.
Hope you like it.

Hey, Loon. Very beautiful photo - amazing shadows indeed, great details, great point of view. I do not like the frame that much, IMHO it should be much simpler.

Very nicely done, Loon. I really like your composition and your play with light & shadows. Good composition in this tight crop. I am not too keen on large frame so in this case I think that you could have done just the white border and it would have been sufficient to enhance your picture but framing is a very personal preference. Well done!

Hi loon,
What a beautifully engineered clock! You made it sound as if it is your in the note, if so, I'm envious:P
OK photo wise, you are right, the shadows really make this photo. At first I wasn't too keen on the cos being in the center f the shot, but your PoV means that the rest of the shot isn't smmetrical, so composition is quite good. This is a shot that works particularly well in b/w.
I have to say I agree about the framing. IMO a simple white border would have been just as effective, but less distracting.
Great shot and tfs,
Jako

Artistieke foto en bewerking. Resultaat is prachtig. De schaduw van de wijzer en plaat geeft diepte mooi weer. Goed werk.
Groeten,
Edwin

Hi Loon,
Great shot, very well lit, I love the strong sharpe shadows. Very good detail and very well framed. Good work and TFS,

John

succes Loon

Very nice, this is beautifully composed and presented.

The shadows are the main feature of this shot. Very well done on handling the lighting. Good play with light and shadows. Very good details.

Dag Loon,
Wat ik goed vind aan deze foto is vooral het lichtspel en de compositie..maar vooral het licht.
Uiteindelijk is niet 't fototoestel belangrijk maar wel de foto.
Zelfs tekst en kader zijn in die zin minder belangrijk.
Groeten

Superb B/W photo. I think it was the best decision to take it with Black and white colour. It remind me of Lars von Triers movie "Europa" in the first look :)
