[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
These little ones are practicing for tonight's performance of the Swan Lake. Mother is watching them closely, she wants to see perfection.

Why they lift their foot is a riddle to me. Even the adults do it while grooming. Maybe it's some kind of saving energy...who knows.
The only thing that bugs me is the color of the water. I wish the water was more clear. But what can one expect in the middle of a city, under a brigde....

PP-talk

- toned up colors (more warmth)

- toyed around with frames until this came out

An original frame, an excellent way to present us your photography.

Hai Loon,
Denk dat ze nog niet erg aan het water gewend zijn en droge voeten willen houden. Soms moet je daar ook niet te veel achter zoeken ik kan ook niet al mijn houdingen verklaren.
De foto: Bij mij zelf en de TLers zie ik een grote zwaan jonkies aantrekkingkracht. Het leuke is inderdaad de driehoek die ze vormen en het zwaaien met de poot. Moeder altijd dicht bij om een oogje in het zeil te houden. Scherpe goed georkestreerde foto waar je door de positie in het frame een nieuwe balans hebt gezocht. Het werkt bij mij maar kan niet uit maken waarom je het gedaan hebt. Maar kan natuurlijk ook intuïtief zijn.

Great picture and creatively framed. Wanna know why the lift one of their feet? that is because they want to show their mother that they can swim by using only one foot....[similar to kids, first time they can ride a bike, they want to show everybody that they can ride a bike by only using one hand to hold to the steering bar]
Loon, this is not serious. I just make it up...
