This is a picture of the new shopping centre in the city of Dronten. I mirrored the picture and cloned out some things and gave it architects folder look.

DRONTEN

Dronten is a place and also a municipality in the Dutch province Flevoland, in Eastern Flevoland. On 1 July 2006 the municipality 38,061 inhabitants (source: CBS) counted on a surface of 334 kmē. The place counts 25,657 inhabitants (2005). The plans concerning the municipality Dronten were from the beginning made of the fifties. For the rural core of Dronten the first concrete plans in 1958. the construction of the village started in 1960, from beginning was there discussion or Dronten started a village or a city would have. In the first place was assumed maximum 15,000 inhabitants, later plans foresaw an increase to 30,000 inhabitants. In the first plans it was assumed ten cores, just like cores small in the North East polder around central maincity. By changing conceptions concerning transport (increasing use of auto-cycle and car) and the experience that the cores in the North East polder had appeared too small, this number was reduced. In several steps of the plan phase the number of cores was reduced up to eventual three: Dronten, Biddinghuizen and Swifterbant. At the start of the construction in 1960, the places Larsen and Zeewolde had been still incorporated in planning. Two places also these have not been realised eventually. In 1965, it was definitively decided only three build cores. The name Zeewolde has been later used for another place in Southern the flevoland. On 1 January 1972 the municipality got Dronten officially its name. Untill the institution of the province flevoland in 1986, the ministry of home affairs took care most of the province tasks; some tasks were regulated by the municipality himself.

ziet er heel futuristisch uit zo Pim.
Mooi bewerkt hoor, maar ik moest toch even goed kijken.... Alleen of niet...;-)

DEFINITELY looks like something from an architect's portfolio. Really wonderful effect here, I love the clean lines and details, the sharpness, and that perspective is great. Excellent that the clouds in the background do not look at all like they were mirrored or post-processed. Excellent lighting. It almost looks futuristic and I love the simplicity yet the sense of detail once you really observe the shot. I only wish it could have been posted larger. Wonderful idea and results, TFS!

Heel mooie spiegel ! Zo zuiver en
scherp

Mix van het oude Rome met de toekomst. Vaak houd ik niet zo van 'geknutselde'foto's maar Pim, deze mag er zijn ;-)
Rob

En dat heb je dan mooi voor elkaar gekregen!
Goede Morgen Pim.
Moet rennen - zo naar fysio.

Heelo Pim!
I greatly apreciate your mirroring invention, because it really looks outstanding - like an ancient Greek structure built of modern elements...
Regards!

Very nice job, Pim! I like the perspective of the architectural elements, and the PP work. I could see such an image in some history book depicting some ancient roman city.
cheers,
Cristian

Dear Pim
This is fantastic architects impression - the effect looks as though it is a original graphic.

I miss you marvelous creations! Look forward to you getting back to the screen when you are feeling better.
