Hoi Frieda,
Prachtig plaatje van deze merrie met veulen; je zou er een voorjaarsgevoel van krijgen! Ik denk dat dit een redelijk vroeg veulentje is. Probeer nog eens een foto te maken met een aantrekkelijker achtergrond (een weids landschap bijvoorbeeld) en het veulen "los" van de moeder.

Good morning Frieda
I think if you had moved over to the left a bit more to take your shot you would have avoided all the clutter in the background therefore showing off your horses. Learn to take several shots from different points.

Also your shot is a bit dark, its hard to see the head of the little horse, this can be fixed with a graphics program.

Keep on shooting Frieda that is how we learn and you are doing great. I am by no means an expert but you can learn a lot by what other people suggest.

Very cute mother and child in this nicely composed shot. The black color is giving good contrast to the green grass. Well done.
