Pedestrian zone!
Very common in Europe, it makes me always (ok, almost always) aware of differences in cultures.
Not so common in North America. Actually, you have to try your best to find it there.
But in Europe, even in Apeldoorn, relatively small and not so important city, you would have not problems to find it.
