Awww absolutely beaautiful.. lovely blue skies and fantasticly sharp hot air balloon Lovely bright summer colours that sit well together. I like the tree branches in the corner too as they clearly give the perspective of looking up.

Hi Hansie..We surely need a Summertime feeling here in NZ.. its rained everyday for over 2 weeks now, and bad storms.. so this is a colourful and cheerful photo for us kiwis!..love the colours, well done.

Wow... wat een fantastische kleuren Hans...
Blauw en geel samen doen het echt altijd goed he.... dat blijkt maar weer...
Beetje groen erbij en klaar ben je! toch??
Normaliter zou ik denk ik het "groen" hebben weggehaald, maar hier absoluut niet!!! Het hoort er gewoon helemaal bij.

Bonsoir Hans,
just enjoy the summer, day after day, file it so quickly that every moment is important, it's going to head up the feeling. You have done and this is a smiling sun shining on a beautiful cloudless sky. What the month of August 2008 is also that of the sun income. Like everyone, I like the branch against backlighting the top of the right angle.

Hi,

Great summer photo :)
All we need is more sun during the summer.
Well and the sun can't get any bigger than the one you've captured.

This balloon reminds me of the Polish Internet communicator called Gadu-Gadu (abrev. GG), or actually it looks more like a Logo of Linux/opensource version of Gadu-Gadu.

I think that the branches could have been cloned out, such a nice clear sky which contrasts well with the yellow balloon.

Nice happy picture - great detail and colour in the balloon. Looking out of my window at rain and grey clouds this is definately a much needed reminder of what season we are supposed to be in.

Excellent contrasts Hans, well composed and good detail on the balloon. I did wonder about the inclusion of the branches but it does create and anchor point on that side,

Ja, ik ben er weer en ik weet het is erg lang geleden. Ik heb deze foto natuurlijk gekozen omdat ik naast je stond toen j'm nam. Volgens mij heb ik een bij vergelijkende foto van deze mooie balon. 'K moet um toch maar eens opzoeken. De warme kleur en het detail in deze foto is echt super.
