the dandelion test, i see ^^
quite nice but let me suggest something
I would crop out the right border and a thin part in the bottom to cut the disturbing elements,
after resizing, and it's often true for macro, you could apply a noise filter and sharpen the in-focus area with Neatimage or something like that
