Death calls for an Angel
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is a dead fly I found in the window sill which I placed in front of a skyblue feather (the feather had been ripped off a toy by my cat)
The background is a white piece of paper to eliminate irregularities ^-^
I was fascinated by the fly's pose. He's dead, but still looks beautiful and serene (though some may disagree)
I was experimenting with composing my own scenes and placed these together, they looked great, so I took some pictures.
Later, when I saw this picture on my computer it seemed almost as if an Angel had come for the fly's soul and left a feather to show its presence. Hence the title :D
I also have another picture of the feather on its own, I'll post it tomorrow ^-^
I did quite some post processing as well:
cropping
brightening
sharpening
colour boost
(tried to add frame, but failed O.o;)
I hope you all appreciate the picture as much as I do ^-^
