Number 3 in my series. This one shows a typical farmhouse from these days in Twente. Twente is a region with farms, mostly small ones in earlier days. The farms and their ground (for cattle or growing) was always surrounded by a stroke of bushes and trees. The picture shows what is left of that (trees at least) and also shows that the farms have grown.
