Original winter shot from Holland, the sharply exposed snow pile looks really good on the red berries. The contrast between them is nice, you took a great close-up. Creative shot, good idea with excellent realization. Well done! TFS.

Hoi Janneke,
Een fijne plaat, in het bijzonder door het contrast en de scherpte van de voorste rij bessen met sneew. Bijzonder is de gekozen DOF slechts een klein deel van de voorste bessen met sneeuw is scherp wat meer scherptediepte was niet verkeerd geweest hier. Al met al toch een prachtige plaat, Mooi helder ook.
Lekker koud bij jullie dus, hier in NZ ruim boven de 25 graden. Kom, ik neem nog maar eens een duik hier in het heldere water :-)

This looks good enough to eat! Very nice photo with the red berries covered with a topping of snow! The blue background is just another bright color in the scene. Very nice.

Hoi Janneke,

Héél mooi deze, met sneeuw bedolven bessen. The focus scherp op de voorgrond. t zou een mooie kerstkaart voor 2009 kunnen zijn ! Prachtig hè die sneeuw, ik geniet ook volop. Lekker buiten wandelen en dan een heerlijke oerhollandse kop erwtensoep, mmmmmm.....

Rood wit blauw!
Mooie heldere kleuren. Diepte in het plaatje is duidelijk. Jammer dat de structuur (details) van het sneeuw net niet zichtbaar genoeg is! Top plaatje!
