Weer zo'n mooie winterplaat! Super licht en een hele fijne compositie. De gouden gloed van d zon kan nog net de boomstammen enigszuns verlichten. Kortom prima belichting zonder OE!

Wat is dit een schitterende opname en compositie. Je geeft me toch wat wintergevoel . Ik ben wel jaloers want hier in alkmaar wil het maar niet echt vriezen of sneeuwen.

Simple but so elegant. I like the composition and the way you have caught the sunlight on the tree's snowy branches. Lovely lighting. The seat and rubbish bin look great in the space, as if waiting for people to come along. Very nice frame chosen too.

Really great capture of the frosty snow in this POV. I am forgetting about the crop of tree tops because your composition is striking, it is just your style that I like about this scene.

What I think make it impressive to me
.light on the leaves, streak on the ground
.shadow below the leaves
.empty bench nicely positioned
.tree trunks brightened by light
.branches behind the frosty leaves

This is beautiful!
The composition, with the two tree trunks making natural frames and channeling the eyes towards the centre where, the glistening, silvery twigs weave a web across most of the screen, is just superb!
The low light, with its highlights and shadows, is the crowning glory!
This is a must for my favourites.

Wow. Hans was telling me it had been cold in your part of the world, this proves it! Yikes!

Amazing capture of the ice on the trees, the yellowish morning sun and the blue-tinted shadows. This is a shot I would love to print and frame and put on my wall, it's postcard-perfect and beautifully done.

Hoi Janneke,
Wat was het mooi het deze morgen? Jammer genoeg moest ik werken en heb ik het alleen door de ramen van m'n kantoor kunnen zien. het licht is echt prachtig en de plaatsing van de bank is supper. De bomen zien er erg groot en imposant uit. Ik zag net een foto genomen in de kop van Overijssel en daar was geen sneeuw, dus ik denk dat we echt geluk hebben.

prachtige plaat, gaat zoveel rust vanuit, geweldig gewoon.
Het bankje past er helemaal in, de prullebak had van mij wel weg gemogen maar ja dan wordt de sneeuw weer vies he!

En ik was op mn werk ;[[,tijdens de 10 uur en middagpauze zonder koffie naar buiten gegaan om toch nog wat te kunnen schieten en genieten(zie later).
Heel fraai het gedeeltelijk vallen van het zonnelicht op de bomen en natuurlijk de bank,goed gezien Jan, en ja...over framing hoef ik jou natuurlijk niks te vertellen,superbe!

Hoi,

Goh dus je hebt Lyme ? Erg vervelend voor je en dat kan lang duren geloof ik. Hoop dar t snel beter met je gaat.

Goed van je zoon dat ie je aangespoord heeft. Dit wil je toch niet missen en het kan zó weer over zijn. Het is een prachtige foto geworden, het licht, de comp. het frame, alles klopt.

Vind dit de mooiste van 3 die ik gemist heb!
Komt vooral door de witte rand.
Kleuren zijn helder en het wit van de sneeuw is nergens overbelicht! Das knap!

Bonjour Janneke,

I would have like to see this image 800pixels wide, but I must admit the white border complete beautifully the image. Nobody would know how big the trees are without the seat. It give a lot of information on the seen, I love the simple compostion, the beautifull warm light and its direction. Splendid image and TFS.

Wonderful clean crisp capture, with excellent lighting, I love the tree filling up the frame while the seat is positioned well in the compo. The lighting is the winner here, would have cloned that bin out but it is a terrific shot.
