I've got something with eyes. This is the third one in my gallery. Two womens eye's and now a man's eye!!
This man wanted to use a photo of his eyes for a presentation on his graduate. To show that his view, the way hs looks at things and people is changed.
So we made this photo of his eye by using a mirrow onder his face, because the weather was a little bit dark.

Great detail and sharpness. There is fire in his eye it seems. The hairs of the eyelash and eyebrow are incredibly sharp. Great tones and good composition. TFS and take care...

Interesting how you see the eye.
The purpose of the eye is depending on what you wish to project and it can be many.
This is sharp and good clarity.

Oei ik heb er weer een paar gemist! (en jij van mij :-))
Deze is echt super hé! Hele mooie kleuren, perfecte scherpte en compositie. De zwarte rand aan de linker kant vind ik ook erg mooi staan. Het geeft net dat beetje extra effect aan de lichte huid. Super mooi!

The color and clarity very well shown in this photo.
Not sure that the mirror helped, as it appears to have created the marking on the eye, based on the note this maybe what you wanted to achieve and if so then it worked well.
I do agree with you that photos of eyes are interesting.
