A photo with potential but I think the reflection is not dominant enough, so to the observer it looks as though the shot is out of focus.

A Photographer's Note would be nice.

Wow.. this is very well seen Marcin!! excellent.
I really like the composition here, although I do miss a bit of sharpness... I understand that you wanted to have the reflection sharp and the "Amsterdammertje" unsharp, but the reflection can have a tad more sharpness.
What I also like very much is the convertion to black & white... very well done.
