[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
actually this shot was built up out of two pictures. one was with flash and gave the cup the white color and the second shot was without the flash and made with a shutterspeed of 1/15. this was neccessary to get the damp of the hot coffee (when i used the flash the light was to hard). underneath the table was a little spotlight, upward, to give the backlight witch made the damp vissable. because i used a tripod i could place the pictures on top af each other and erased some parts of the first frame..and voilla...there is the steam.

Cracking picture. Great idea of the blended exposure. The composition is good, the contrast between white cup and richly textured coffee beans is perfect, and the framing is well-chosen.

Could be in a magazine. Nice capture.

This is a very nice composition about coffee, I like the fume coming out of the coffee with the beans under it. It create a very inviting composition with excellent lighting and colors. Very well done.
