[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo is captured in the Biesbosch, a Dutch national park. The Biesbosch is located on your planet, which is the Home Planet for most of you.

The trees are Willow-trees which, when presented in B/W, do look as if they are comming from another planet. :-)

As a workshop I've uploaded the colored version too, so you can see the difference. Yes, the light was very harsh.

Thanks for watching.

The B+W works well with this Joop. It really does look out of this world!

Bonjour,

Je préfère la version couleurs... Merci de l'avoir mise.

Bonne journée

brigitte

Hi Joop,
This is quite an interesting and unusual scene in black and white, the whole image is like a strange abstract from nature. Interesting capture of the willows, creative shot to present. Thanks for introducing! :)
Best regards,
Kristof

Groetjes,
Anneke

hi Joop

It looks very different from this POV and it is almost hard to recognise the willow trees. Perhaps due to the stumps of the trees with very little leaves too.

Hi Joop
I like a lot this photo, the wonderful b/w presentation, the diagonal trees in front, like curtains in a stage to presente «The great nature show of life» with the repetition of plants behind. Realy a great photo full of mood and good taste.
Congrats my friend, mb
PS: As you saw by the text, thi is my prefered version

Haallo Joop
Mooi zw/w weergave en een mooie beeldvulling.
Gr Jos

Ha ha Joop, je gedachten waren in "hogere sferen " toen je hem in zwart/wit gezet had. Het heeft inderdaad wel iets SF-achtigs. Mooi omlijst door de grotere bomen. Leuk idee.

Good job.

Hello Joop - This landscape does look extra-terrestrial. Good eye! Monochrome adds to this, allowing the imagination to apply fantastic colors.
