Hello John,
this is quite lovely. I love anything with arches - In fact I am working on a large project which attempts to utilise arches to create a surrealist effect a la Giorgio de Chirico.
This is a very peaceful shot. And the colours are very pretty. Old Brick, Arches and small coloured flowers - my fav for a composition.
Thanks for sharing and I really like your critiques of people 's photos - they are always considered.

I envy your weather, John. This almost looks like summer, flower boxes on the windows, most trees still green....inviting for a walk to explore around the bend and along the canal. Great, cheerful picture.
