[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Slightly overcast today, but it's about as good as the weather gets this time of year and I thought I might try taking some pictures today.

With so many Christmas goers, I was walking around the centrum (city centre) of Delft, hoping to spot something interesting going on at the market.

I was getting ready to snap the gigantic Christmas tree in the square when some elderly folks showed up and started feeding the birds. This caused quite some interest from the passers by, including this little girl.

A nice lady (not pictured) shared some birdseed with the little girl and she was having an absolute blast whilst feeding and watching all the birds flying around her.

It took a while for all the birds to settle down around us, but it was worth the wait! In this particular shot, the girl turned towards her mother and some birds took off. Thought it to be particularly interesting. I hope you like it!

Original composure, slight increase in saturation and sharpened a bit.

but you should rotate the picture 1 to 2 degres ccw !

I love the spontaneity of this shot. The focus is crisp and sharp and the colours are wonderful. I like the composition as well, although I'm sure some people will say its too "busy".
