[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I got to take the afternoon off because it was my birthday yesterday. Winter arrived in Europe at last! The weather was absolutely breathtaking today! I just could'nt spend the day inside.

Went cycling through Delftse Hout, a recreational area west of Delft. To me it feels more like a small, not too dense forest. But either way, it is a lovely place to see and especially get away from the crowded city.

I went just as the sun was setting. Took this picture with the sun behind me. Only shifted levels a bit to get more highlights, sharpened a bit. Original composure. Enjoy!

Superb colours, excellent composition(especially with the wood in the foreground), and very good handling of the light.
Makes me wish I was there, which is the idea of all good photos I suppose!
