Hi John,
Fine composition, and the windows are arranged in a lovely pattern in frame.
The notes tell a deep thought... Thank you for this warning..
I like the way you composed the two tree branches in the frames top edges.
Congrats,

Hello Sir John:
The contrasts on the black car & white windows is well managed:)
The framinf with the branches above tells me about this seasoned photographer!
Thanks for the notes with good education for me!!!

Hi John,
This image remembers me all the beautiful moments spent in Delft, last spring, walking along the canals on those narrow streets like this one.
Very well seen the town's life and the typical architecture.
I like the reflection of the vis-a-vis buildings in the windows and the natural frame created by the trees, too.
TFS
Have a beautiful Sunday,

Hello Sir John,
A beautiful urban scene is composed in this shot where two engineering fields are precieved (by myself) i.e. civil and mechanical. Or if I say in other words moveable and imovable property.......
Fantastic presentation, I shall be looking forward to join any of the TL meeting in near future. Thanks for sharing this image.

Hello Johnny,
When I look at this photo, notice a lot of things.
Composition, details...like reflections on the glass doors, and windows, the natural framing with two branches of tree.
This photo speaks a lot, and also the way car is parked.
Not sure if American cars can be parked in that way, b/c our driver seat is at the canal side..LOL.
Very nice daily life shot, with good colors, and details.
Thank you
Vandana

Hi John
Nice reflections in the windows. Good sharpness & superb use of the 2 green branches, either side, at the top, to frame & bookend the image. Tfs!

Hi John,
Interesting scene... I hate to be driving here or having an expensive car because chances of it getting scratched is pretty high. Well seen and captured! tfs

Hello John
Thank you for this page of culture, it is interesting and your note is very humoristic.
Holland is certainly a lovely place to visit and I hope I'll go there one day.
that's a nice photo and what I loke most in it is the refelction in the windows showing the houses on the other side of the canal. Thanks for sharing.

I hope this is a one way street, otherwise would be most interesting. Love your sense of humour.

Hoi Johnny
Today I expanded the parking probs in Delft, rememberd I had also a coin to put in that pocket :-)
Excellent view of the situation as is.
The shine in the windows is, as also Vandana stated, a great plus.

Geen Mitsubishi ..... had je dus weg moeten clonen ... ;-)
Grappig tafereel en goed gezien ! In amsterdam zie je uiteraard net zulke situaties. Men MOET hoe dan ook voor de deur parkeren.
Leuke note.
groeten,

Hi John, it was a good story in your note...until the bit about the smell.
I wonder how many CARS have ended up in the drink?
Oh, the photo, nice composition, and the modern motorcar contrasts well with the traditional houses, well seen.
Regards from NZ,
Pete.
Mooie compositie John al vind ik hem technisch niet volmaakt.

This is pretty amazing, John. I can’t imagine even trying this. I guess there is no other traffic to come by, even pedestrian. I really like the reflections in the windows, showing the other side of the canal. Interesting and informative glimpse into anther country.

Great note to go with this interesting picture! Being a dutchman must be perilous! Without a railing, I wonder if anyone ever parks their car IN the canal? If they do, do they have to pay moorage?

Ah Tommy Cooper... I loved most of his shows, John ;o).
I actually saw you take this shot, if I recall right. Mmm... should have taken a similar shot myself. it's not an everyday sight, being able to look underneath a car like this. The PoV was really excellent. Was this on the first boat, or on the rescue vessel, I wonder?

How many cars fall into the water here Johnty? I suppose it's a good way to make enemies if you tell your passenger to get out, and... And as you say - they'd be a bit smelly too.
Nice to see how other people live - thanks MF
