I generally prefer colour over b&w Hans, but the conversion is very well done here. Even so, I slightly prefer the colour version here, because... the b&w version shows jaggies, the colour version is jaggie-free. Did you save the colour version, and then use the saved file (after reopen) to convert to b&w? I see no other explanation...
But anyway, the compo is outstanding.

This scene has come out well in B&W. I didn't realise how it closely depends on the type / look of the photo as to whether it's a good B&W image.

Hoi Hans,

Zwartt-wit werkt prima hier. De kleuren-foto was wel mooi, maar het spatte er niet vanaf. Deze zwart-wit heeft lekker harde lijnen en dat bevalt me wel!

Hi Hans, A very good composition of something we all think of when thinking of Netherlands. The pespective is very good. I actually prefer the coloured version in the WS as it adds life. Either way these windmills are a delight to see. TFS. Murray.
