[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
An abandoned warehouse in the Rotterdam harbour. Heijplaat, the name of this zone, is situated in the center of the city, and it's going to be dismissed in few years. The whole harbour (which is the most important one in Europe at the moment) will be re-organized in a smarter and more sostainable way in order to become more competitive from 2020.

This interior represents the mood I felt while visiting the zone. A kind of sadness but also a light of hope for a better future.

Hi Dario,
Excellent capture of the abdoned mood in this empty warehouse. The lighting here is perfect, I can see the dust particles flying through the air. Great job my friend. Impresive art work! TFS.

A beautiful atmospheric shot and I particularly like the 3 primary colours you have in there, in the middle of the gloom.

Dear Dario Cea,
you shot a very calm inner space with nice light and shadow.
as you noted I can feel airs of both sadness and hope in your photo.
top light and many colors of items are well composed in one scene. the light from left upper side and the shining dust box in right lower corner make a good contrast and suggestive space indeed.
thank you
Akihisa

Beautiful space, Dario ! Is it lunchtime?
Silence and mist after the work.

This sad but monumental place feels quite warm in this light. Well captured details and mood.
cheers,
