Hi Alex,

That's an interesting fish you have there for sure,
I would love to see what the color version looks like.
Perhaps you can post it in a workshop?

To be totally honest the shot is not as focused as I think I would prefer it, also, it would be great to see you crop
this in a way that puts the subject just off to the side
and not so dead center.

I think that will enhance it a bit.

i agree with your choice of b&w...i love clownfish (as many people do) and this is something different than what you normally see...what makes this work so well is the great contrast and shallow DOF...i dig everything about this photo as well as the frame...very beautiful...peace***

I find this quite intriguing that you chose the b/w. I like your choice they are wonderful when in color, but the b/w makes us pay attention to more details that would otherwise be ignored. Love the framing as well TFS

Mooie opnameen wat mij betreft goede keuze voor B&W, dit geeft een heel andere kijk op deze van nature zo kleurrijke vis! Heerlijk scherp en daarbij een mooie vage achtergrond, zelfs bij deze diafragma instelling.

Hallo Alex,
Uitstekende keuze voor zwartwit. Wat in kleur een gewone (zij het wellicht goede) natuurfoto zou zijn geweest, is nu een soort abstract, levend kunstwerk van lijnen en vlakken. Creatief werk!

Hey Alex,

Prachtige foto! Ik vind dat door de B&W meer aandacht krijgt dan als hij maar gewoon een knal oranje clownsvis zou zijn. Geen afleidende omgevingskleuren, maar gewoon puur een heel mooi visje. Ik vind hem orrigineel ;-)

Mooie scherpe foto
Als alleen de vis in kleur zou zijn zou het volgens mij ook mooi zijn. (Geef je het een groeiend effect in het verlengde van de andere foto.)

nou zo zie je maar weer dat iedereen z'n eigen smaak heeft;)
ik vind het een hele mooie, originele foto en ik denk dat ik hem zo ook mooier vind, maar had hem anders ook mooi gevonden!;)
