Ja wat moet ik zeggen Janneke. Fabelachtige nachtopname met nog zoveel mooi detail in de molens en dan dat licht, daar kan bijna geen zonsondergang aan tippen. Mooie vlakverdeling en een warme sfeer. Een toppertje.

Hoe is het met de krullijntjes? ;-)

Janneke,
The orange gradient of this night exposure looks excellent. I like the inclusion of the other power source in the background, the electric tower to the right. The photo has a wee bit of noise but it's not bothersome really, just wondered what it would look like if you used Neat Image on it. This photo is very pleasing to the eye.

Hi Janneke,
Did you and your brother take the pic on the same day too??? In fact I don't think so.
Simply because your brother has a clear sky with stars and you caught the reflecting light of the greenhouses in the clouds. So.. there's the difference in the effect.
I had already visited your brother's pic and gave him the points... ;-) and now I'll give them to you!

This is an excellent image Janneke! Perfect light and composition and in a funny way this orange glow is great. It's just the way things are... we have those greenhouses here and we have this lightpolution....... nothing we can do about it.

Besides: if you go out to a place and take the same picture over and over again, but very time in a different month or so, you will see the light is different all the time... even in between years (and in the same month) you will see the light is different.
Now... THAT'S what I like about photography!

Wow Jan, excellent nocturnal view; y're sure it's a Dutch night? Might be scary! Anyhow a magnificent picture although the top and bottom site are a bit to dark compared with the middle part of the image (IMHO).

Neemt niet weg dat het een prachtige plaat is hoor!
