I like your photo, nice and colourfull, it could really be a postcard for Volendam! I specially like your frame. How di you manage to circled the circles of white please? I tried to do that once but never succeed!! Cheers.

A unique photo, Janneke, with a most unusual frame -- eye-catching, creative, though perhaps not something that you would want to do very often. The post-processing does, somehow, complete the tourist feel. The line of buildings is well presented; your colors are good; and the bridge adds interest to the composition.

An interesting concept in your presentation of this small town .Original, fine architecture delightfully neat and crisp details of the buildings'roofs and facades.I like this, a winner for sure.
I was one visitor to this wonderfully dutch place too many years ago.

it's courios.. cause as man.. as a supporter of a football team.. i know geography.. first for the football teams of other countryes.. Volendam.. is one of this!! I rememeber perfectly that FC Volendam is not so distant from Ajax!! ;))
i like so much the "effect" u have created.. it's really orignal.. this is a good postcard.. and of course.. after this.. if i'll come to Holland.. sure i'll try to visit this beautiful town.. on the sea.. thanks Jan

You're right. Volendam is a lovely place for tourists, but we're having much more to show.
Let them come to Bergen op Zoom.
