Hoi Hans,
Een prachtig typisch hollands plaatje ! Mooi stukje vakwerk, zo'n sluis.
De plaat ziet er mooi helder uit. In je bewerkingen zie ik niet dat je de verzadiging hebt bijgesteld, maar het ziet er zeer kleurrijk uit allemaal. Komt dat zo uit je camera?
In ieder geval mooi werk, zeker ook qua compositie.

A bright beautiful autumn in Spaarndam. The relatively low pov with the water on the f/g adequately resulted in a fine reflection. The red roofs and the fantastic sky drape the scene well. Best regards.

Hoi Hans,

Dit is bekend terrein voor mij. Ik ben geboren en getogen Haarlemse. Deze foto doet mij dan ook aan mijn jeugd denken. Het is een mooi plaatje en ik denk dat ik Anneke maar eens vraag of wij daar ook eens wat foto maken.

You know, Hans?
I truly believe if a person CAN'T take beautiful photographs in the Netherlands, they should take up knitting. :)) That is the most extraordinary light. It makes colors beam. I love that vee shaped cove with the houses on the sides and that spectacular "Dutch sky". Those rippled reflections are fabulous. I am awed. Many thanks and kindest wishes,

I missed this one Hans! Your clarity here is amazing! Really nice DEEP blues, with the bits of Red and White makes this shot really stand out! I like the end of the canal off center! Nice work!
