Sorry to hear you are sick John. I wanted to send you a get well message, but I see we cannot contact you privately. I hope you are feeling a bit better today.
Good composition and colours. Glad to know the government have gone to Holland to learn about dykes, etc. Where my mum lives in the Fenns, England, the land there was also claimed from the water.

Mooi John; vlakverdeling en kleuren, zo'n lucht heb ik lang niet meer gezien. Mooi zoals nieuwbouw kan lijken op oudbouw door de stijl ervan te handhaven.

Maybe you should correct the perspective a bit next time and us for those pictures a smaller frame.

Hello John, good to see you semi back, hope you are improving on a daily basis. Lovely photo, with natural colouring and interesting elements, what I would expect of parts of Holland. Not sure about the depth of the black in the frame but that is just me. Many thanks for sharing another part of your country.

Lovelyh blue sky. We had rain for nearly two weeks now and it was much needed so I'm not complaining but it would be nice to see the sun again.

I like the repitition of the pink housed. Creates a flowing rythm. The green adds nice colour and well framed again.

Hi John, Baie mooi foto !!.

The color gradient of the picture is very striking. Blue skies with white clouds almost framed by the brick color of the houses and the darker turbulent water of the channel.

Think I am going to learn a lot on nature / places type photography by studying your work.
