For me a very nice shot, Anneke. I like the pov and the haze at the front (bottom) of the picture and the dark leaf at the background. There is a special kind of mood in this picture which I like. And for me, mood is one of the most important things in a picture.

Da's een mooie, Anneke. Simpel misschien (in de zin dat er niet veel verschillende objecten in het shot zitten) maar juist daardoor heel aantrekkelijk. Alleen het blad had wat lichter mogen zijn...
Het frame vind ik ook niet zo geslaagd, maar da's altijd een persoonlijk gevoel.

Indeed, a dark leaf but that's winter. A golden brown leaf is one we find in autumn. The one we see here shows the very end of all what was growing last year. The whole scene seems to be waiting for the next season to come...
Very nice crop, it add's to the low angle and subject of your shot and it gives a very nice horizon. Good work!
