Buoy's on dry land. In Schevingen habor, subburb of The Hague, we can find these buoy's on 'dry land' to keep the traffic out the way from the ship's area.

Thanks for looking, bye and take care
Rob

Stoere jongens; strak in het frame; hoe krijg je die dikkerds in de diagonaal? Ah, ik zie dat de derde in een bocht staat.
Mooi gedaan; de stenen zijn ook prachtig.

Huub

Well done! Great colors, contrast and POV. Nice sharp images too, thanks for sharing,
Fran

Hoi Rob,

sorry out of greens today

Hi Rob,

Very nice composition, my friend!
The POV is great and the natural lighting makes the colours look richer. Great details and textures! Very well done!

Hi Rob

I like the conrtast in textures & colors, between the wooden pylons & cobblestone pavement. Good dof & use of the number 3. Well done!

You really got the best POV and composition for this image. Tight frame is very good and the buoys' are very sharp and well exposed.
Vassilis

P.S. Thank you very much for you very kind comments.

Hi Rob, lovely tight composition with all the focus on the buoys/bollards. Good light, strong focus, lovely detail in the wood and the bricks. TFS,
David

Hi Rob,
Very nice composition with the perspective and the diagonal. The textures and the colors are excellent. There is just the cropping that could be a little to tight on the first one, I would have left just a little bit more space on the top.
cheers

Hi Rob,
nice shot, I like POV and DOF. Well presented .

Like little soldiers, the buoys march across the photo and out of sight making an arrestion composition. The texture of the wooden buoys contrasts with the brick they are standing on. The colors are harmonious. This is well seen and even better captured.

Regards,
Lois

Hi Rob..I like what you have captured here.. the colours are great..
I think if it was me taking it, I would have stood back a bit and slightly to the right ?

I like the textures of the bricks..

Good work..
Regards
Dawn.

An excellent study in perspective! The textures of the wood and brick work very well also. I see no tourist here (hmm maybe they are hiding from you behind the buoy)

Hi Rob,
Wooden obstacles captured with fine textures!
Good perspective and nice use of the principle of three...
The old bricks covering the ground add to the picturesque feeling in this image!
