Howdy,

We went to Italy last summer and saw soooo much.
This shot was taken from the tower on Il Campo in Siena. From there you have such a lovely view of the red rooftops of Siena and it's surrounding... absolutely a stunning place!

Hope you enjoy this.

Just added some contrast and resized for TL.

Cheers!
Anneke

Mooi, heel mooi Anneke. Prachtig vergezicht en kleuren zo als ze zijn. Complimentje en fijn weekend!
John

Hallo Anneke.
Mooie overzicht opname, geeft een mooi beeld van het landschap en je ziet aan het gehel direct dat het Italie is.
Groet Frans

Nice landscape shot - I love the fact that the buildings are all the colour of the soil in the area (which you can just see in the field to the left). A nice selection of details in the foreground and rolling hills in the mid and back ground.
Thanks for sharing
Mark

Beautiful Landscape Anneke, superb DOF and really a wood definition in the church. Beautiful!

Hi Anneke,

You recieve my last comment for the night (actualy the first for Sunday!) Why did you place this shot under the Netherlands, when in the note it says Italy? I suppose it was an accident, I nearly did the same thing the other day.

Amazing view... good God I think this is just exquisite. That building in the forefront is just sooo gorgeous, but what I simply adore about this image is all that beauty in the back. All the green intwined with the golden ground, and then those houses built into the region. There's such a languid feel to this image, but all very.... hmmm it reminds me of Michael Ondaatje's 'The English Patient'

Beautifully done!

Biance.

Hoi An
Well seen and captured, the nice composition and the excellent colors and clarity, make a very pleasant image, TFS.

An kleine hint, je moet niet Hoorn Nederland weergeven hier maar Italy-Sienna. Erhoort te staan waar deze foto is genomen :-) 'snappie'
