[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Mill at Breukelen
This mill is located along the Motorway between Amsterdam and Utrecht.
Now a day’s we can photograph it very easy no car is driving between 7.15 and 10.00 in the morning. Traffic jam is a serious problem in this country.
Sometimes the row of cars is 3 times the distance east west in our country and 1.5 times north south. We are the most pollutant western country.
In the recent elections this was not a real big issue

Opvallend mooi ,wondere belichting

Hallo Ruud.
Groet Frans

Hi Ruud,

A great traditional photo of your beautiful country! I really like your composition as the dramatic sky gives it a different look from the usual photos of Netherlands.
Nice lighting and colours!

Well done
Constantinos

Dat wittle lijntje in het frame is prachtig. Daarmee is het geheel krachting frontaal en in evenwicht. Dat kleine molentje is grappig maar eigenlijk ook een smetje in de foto..

What a majestic place. Wonderful architecture, good point of view and great capture.

Where you think are Bikes for, Ruud?
They, specialy keep Holland that small, you can use your bike to be faster than with a car.! Especially when you have to go from West to East, as the wind goes mainly. Backwards to can take the Train, Toch?
oja. Ikenum, die molen. Mooi Plaatje

Nice composition you made 21 years ago, Ruud. Scanning can be rather troublesome, alas... and this picture is not an exception - sharpness, for instance, is far from optimal... Still, I love the mood you captured. There's also a nice sort of connection in pose between the mill up front and the aerial (??) in the backdrop.

Really nice photo and notes Ruud! Excellent shot!
B-)

Nice shot, Ruud! They should be buying electrics and hybrids till something can be done! Sounds like a bike would work better to get to work. I like the windmills and the way you captured a bit of the old and a bit of the new.

wonderful photo of this beautiful mill, ruud
great light.

merhaba dear ruud

well done my friend.
best regards.

I like the sky and the dramatic clouds. A bit of mystery from the light in the house in the background. I thought with all the bicycles in Holland traffic would be the least of your problems.

Yep, prachtig! Ik heb net tegen een andere trekker gezegd dat dit soort beelden mij doen beseffen dat ik eigenlijk teveel in de studio zit en er dus meer uit zou moeten gaan. Vandaag gaat dat niet lukken, maar morgen........?
Groet,
Peter
