[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Today we went for a Photo-walk to Castle "Twickel". Its a great environment to look for toadstools!! We have seen many of them, in different colours, but we didn't see the red one with the white spots.....
And when I was standing at the water, I looked under a bush and there it was!!!!
That one from the many stories, in the phantasy of many children....
THE RED TOADSTOLE WITH THE WHITE SPOTS!!!!

So we make this photo under the bush and then we covered it with leaf, just like the way we found him.

So enjoy the photo, cause I'll bet you never find him again!

Ik vind het een erg mooi plaatje. Zou het alleen iets verscherpen. (Dat is altijd nodig na het verkleinen)

Hi Jan, lovely capture and the colours and detail look so clear on my LCD monitor. Well composed and nicely presented. They are an hallucogenic mushroom or toadstool if eaten. I have one posted also... Magic Mushroom

Very beautiful! Was just wondering where the little dwarfs roam around? I hope you didn´t mess up their little garden...
Colours and sharpness are beautiful! If I wasn´t ther with you I would have thougt it was taken in a studio!

Very good composition, with very sharp details and bright colours. I like it that the mushroom is not in the center of the photo. The frame makes a good ending to the image.

Nice picture of the fly agaric (Amanita muscaria). I have some of these on my TN site. It is suprising how difficult they are to find for something so bright. Nice low POV and good colours

Hij is mooi, Jan !!
Zoals gezegd, je macro's zijn super!
De lichtinval op de paddestoel is heel mooi en de kleuren zijn mooi diep. De blauwe kleuren op de achtergrond geven net iets extra's. Heel mooi.

Prachtige kleuren in dit mooie plaatje. Diep rood sappig groen, bruin en helder wit. Mag inderdaad iets scherper, maar neemt niet weg dat ik dit een uitmuntende foto vind.
