Stoere foto hoor. Echt gaaf gedaan met de weerspiegeling en de warme kleuren. Toch even een vraag, wie heeft de foto gemaakt?

Hi Janneke,

Looks nice, did somebody else take this shot or was it on a tripod?

For composition the "rule" is to leave more space towards the side you are looking. So here since you are leaning to the right, it might have looked better to put you on the left of the image.

WB also looks a bit to red. Have a look at the workshop for a less red version.

He gaaf Jan!
Eindelijk ook een foto van jezelf! Is het weer hetzelfde gebouw! Wat een inspiratiebron he?? Vind hem qua kleur juist wel lekker warm! Zelf had ik ook voor een bredere foto gekozen. Meer van het gebouw en jij dan in een hoek bijvoorbeeld. De reflectie is heel stoer en goed gelukt!

Hi Janneke,
On the slightle negative side, I agree that it would have looked better with more space to the right than the left, or just a tighter crop on the left.
On the positive side though, I really like the concept and colours. The surroundings plays as much a part as you and your pose to set the mood for the photo.

Een mooi creatief zelfportret.
Ik vind de compositie mooi. (je blikrichting is niet echt naar rechts dus de 'kijkruimte' is wat mij betreft groot genoeg; door de weerspiegeling is er voldoende balans in de foto). De kleuren zijn mooi en warm. Well done !

I quite like the warm glow on this, sometimes we make errors and they turn out well ( I'm not saying you made an error here :-)))...but I really like this image

Quite an attractive photo. The colours and the shades are really well captured. The textures are also wonderful. The composition I think is really good. The fact that the reflection is not a true reflection of the top of the image, it adds a bit more interest for me.

Erg mooie portret foto, de keuze van de reflectie maakt het extra leuk.

Hoi Jan,(raar eigenlijk om een vrouw als "Jan" aan te spreken, in Belgie zijn we die naam enkel gewend als jongensnaam)
Maar ter zake nu ;-)
Prachtige foto. Heel mooie kleuren en ik vind de compositie ook enorm goed geslaagd. Ik zou er echt eens moeten aan denken om zelf ook kaders rond mijn foto's te plaatsen. Bij deze foto past het kader echt perfect vind ik.
