Jet lag is a consequence of alterations to the circadian rhythm. Such alterations result from transmeridian travel as on a jet plane.

The condition is generally believed to be the result of disruption of the "light/dark" cycle that entrains the body's circadian rhythm.

An interesting photo. Good pov, the crop is a little weird but to a certain extent goes well with the funny picture. A funny perspective. I understand how they must have felt. Too many times have I flown across the Atlantic ocean haha.
