Took my better half on a surprise trip to Amsterdam, a little disappointing as the weather was a bit grim. As we were only there for the day it was not easy to get away from the greyness of the day. However the buildings certainly brightened the day. Not one was the same as you can see from this shot.
In the foreground are the river taxis, well worth a trip as the canals are beautiful.

Voilà une destination qui me conviendrait bien. Belles couleurs pour cette photo qui je pense, reflète bien l'ambiance de cette ville magnifique. Have a nice day!
Hello peter ,
Indeed, it is disappointing to travel and end up with a grey day. But it does provide great photo opportunities. Here I like the similarity between the white sky and the numerous windows. It reminds me LEGOLAND from my childhood.
As my fellow friend told me recently , he does prefer to have a photo shoot on a wedding day, for example , with such weather.
Have a great Sunday!
Robert
