just shortly before my trip to the Netherlands
i saw this photo from Harko on TE.
the location looked very interesting so i went there too and took a few shots.

*I amsterdam* is the new motto for the Amsterdam Area.
you can find out more here.

In the background you can see a little part of the Rijksmuseum (National Museum for Art and History) which was opened in 1885 and is being remodeled from 2003 - 2010.

Hi Thor: I think, therefore....
Good shot to take in the first three letters! The thumbnail just pops, and the pic is spectacular! The bikes (mostly red) out front add to the compo. Green grass and the tree tops set up good counterpoints horizontally and diagonally.

Hallo Thorsten,
klasse Aufnahme, die roten Buchstaben ziehen den Blick soft in den Bann.
Erst nchdem man man gelesen hat wandert der Blick ins Umfeld und es gibt viel zu sehen. Von der herrlichen Architektur zu den typisch hollandischen Raedern.. die Kompositionen steckt voll tollen Elementen.

das wunderschönes Haus im Hintergrund als Beispiel von der holländischer Architektur und die vielen Fahrrädern die auch so typisch für Holland sind, ein herrliches Strassen Bild, gratuliere.
