First of all this is really an excellent image!
Love the colors and your composition. In a few days we will also take a ferry... to Norway!!!

I'm really looking forward to your pics of Scotland... Scotland is also on our list of places to visit... but then again.. our list is quite long and there are many places we'd like to see.

Like I said, I really love this image. Gives me a feeling of 'freedom'...

Mooie foto, de kleuren zijn perfect en de belichting is precies goed. V.w.b. compositie had ik misschien iets minder boot aan de rechterkant genomen zodat je de sloep 'outcentert'.

Ik zie dat ik achter loop. haha
Werlekijk een schitterende foto aan boord van het schip met de reddingsboot tegen het licht van de ondergaande zon.
Ik heb zoiets, genomen tijdens de oversteek van Genua to Palermo, Maar dan met daglicht.
Ik had dus moeten wachten tot de avond.!

WOW what a wonderful posting - you nailed the light - the use of the ferry in the capture is extraordiary. This one caught my eye because we are going on our first cruise in October. Getting ideas.

Great image, as are the others from your trip.
Being a Scot myself, you would expect me to have been to most of the mentioned places, I've not!
Your travelogue makes interesting reading and I only wished you'd more time to further explore this lovely and underestimated country.
If you can live with the temperamental weather, you'll love the sights even more.

Eveneens 'wauw'. Deze thumb moest ik gewoon aanklikken. Prachtige gouden gloed hier, ook lekker onderbelicht voor wat het schip betreft. Ik neem aan dat deze intussen aan de muur hangt? Zo neen: gewoon doen!
