[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Last Sunday Ann and I had the pleasure of being guided around The Hague by our fellow TL member John. We were heading back to the car when we spotted a series of beautiful old carriages with people that were old fashionedly dressed. This one particularly caught my eye because of the Doberman Pincher that acts like it owns the world ;o).

Isn't TL a nice place? A virtual community consisting of people who share this weird hobby, photography... a hobby that sometimes grows into a passion. Then, when you get to meet the people behind the pictures in the gallery in real life, well... that's something else!

Thanks mr. Toulopoulos, for the wonderful way you organised all of this meeting. And to Hans too, of course... Hans, we missed you this week-end! But we were glad to have met you in Brugge.

In the workshop: another TL paparazzo caught red-handed by the photo police ;o)).

Tech talk

Croppity-crop, ever so slightly - because we had to be fast here, in-camera compo was no option for me...

Levels.

Downsized for TL as per usual, in a couple of steps. USM 80%, 0.3, 0 after downsizing.

Added a small frame.

It is the Dutch version of the Budweiser TV Ad (^_^).

OK , let me find it for you , if you do not know what I am talking about. Ok check here (^_^).

Have a great day !

PS. Maybe cloning the pedexstrian at the far left would have kept the retro mood a bit better.

Anyway Well seen my friend, and thanks for the memories.

Hi Frank,
This is so not typical of The Hague - but it is, and seeing that paparzzo in action confirms it.
Wonderful scene, good details and nice touch with dog on top!

Sorry we missed you,
Els

Hi Frank,

Wonderful shot, very nice angle, nice tight composition and very sharp. Postcard quality image. I like your note and I share the same feelings.
TFS,
Vassilis

Θυμάμαι που σε φώναξα και τρέξαμε όλοι να βγάλουμε τις άμαξες!
Ωραίες αναμνήσεις!

Great shot. I love the dog! Looks like a nice leisurely way to travel.
