Somehow I have a feeling it would be stronger without the sailing boat in the backdrop, Els. But the Bounty was moving, if I recall it correctly? Anyway, the heart is a nice touch.

I know he had a heart surgery, and knows what that is too.
Your picture is maybe for him a 'Hart onder de riem' steken.
Eigenlijk nog nooit begrepen waar dat op slaat. haha

Do you know, Els, I would never have conceived this as a shot and yet it works so well! It is unconventional because the eyes are not quite sure where to focus initially but when they have concentrated on the heart, then they can follow the lines to the other parts of the photograph! Lovely composition!

What a surprising view Els... Really nice although it is a bit light.
If you open this in Photoshop and press ctrl + j you will copy a new layer of the image. Then when you set the layer to "multiply" and adjust the opacity untill you are satisfied you might just get this image a little darker and with a bit more contrast......
Not sure, but it looks like it's worth a try...

The image has great sharpness and a good DOF.
