Great shot, I like the bird in the forground and the sepia effect you have given the shot, the sky and bottom left of the shot are a bit overexposed and the frame is a bit too light for my liking.

fantastic picture of this ol'town!! I like the old sepia effect and the burned out sky. But what I love above all is this tiny bird that seems to be saying: "Hey look at this view! Isn't it beatiful?"

I like this very much. In fact i love the bird being there exactly as you saw it. I know that this is Treklens rather than Trekearth and more PP work is allowed, indeed encouraged. But I still prefer to see the real thing, not something added later using PP skills. So this little bird is extra special.Well captured.

I saw the other version at TE first and your link guided me here. And I simply write here, because I prefer this photo.
As the sky was boring gray you did it well that you turned it to sepia, I also like the strong contrast. The POV and the composition with the little bird are fantastic!

Hello Liliana, this is very nice. You've managed to make it look old with your pp, the only thing that betrays the effect are the modern vehicles. The sky is a little overexposed for my liking but everything is is great and I love the starling as foreground interest! Great idea!

Hi Liliana,

Amsterdam the city where I was born. I don't like the blown out sky and water. That distracts the attention from the buildings. I do like the perspective and the diagonal lines in the shot. It also looks a bit over sharpened on my screen.
