Beautiful use of side lighting and an icy scene for a captivating image. I was going to suggest that the right side could be cropped a bit to de-centralize the house in the composition, but the more I look the more I think I like the darker tones there for balance. I love the muted, monotonal color palette and the icy feel. Brrrr!

Schitterende locatie. Good shot.
Ze beginnen op elkaar te lijken, de foto's bedoel ik.haha
Zo'n zelfde clubje water vogels zat hier bij elkaar om het water stomend te houden.
Prachtige plaatjes levert het op.

Really nice composition. I think that this would look good as a very tightly cropped picture. Panorama maybe..
The shot could use just a bit of contrast. Nice framing though.

Hoi Jan,
Fijn zacht contrast en lekker licht. Misschien iets minder "leeg" ijs aan de onderzijde. Pracht plat weer Jan!

This image is so underrated, Jan! Very lovely mood and winter scene captured. You framed all nice elements very neatly in the picture. It's like an IR shot. I like it.

Hi Jan. prachtige opname, het was er ook wel de dag voor, kom je niet vaak tegen.
toch, en daar heb ik ook last van. wordt sneeuw gauw grijs op een foto. Je moet dan secuur te werk gaan om het netjes wat witter te krijgen.
