HAILSTORM

A compilation of two pictures:
A threatening sky
A storm of sugar

A Psychological Tip

Whenever you're called on to make up your mind,
and you're hampered by not having any,
the best way to solve the dilemma, you'll find,
is simply by spinning a penny.
No - not so that chance shall decide the affair
while you're passively standing there moping;
but the moment the penny is up in the air,
you suddenly know what you're hoping

Piet Hein Danish poet 1905 - 1996

Hello Rob,
Creative setting for this brilliant composition. I was thinking more of ice cubes on glass shot against the sky. Good job in superb clarity of hailsugar.

Nice creation! I am glad to see you back.I was missing your creativity and your beautiful pictures! HPP pictures are still not very popular on TL except maybe the ones done with multiple layers. It is growing slowly.Unfortunately a lot of people are still closing their mind to that. This piscture is very interesting.Nice concept.TFS!

Welcome back, Rob. A nice one to begin with. Sugar eh... I thought I was looking at icecubes here ;o).
Nice composite.
TFS

How funny! I imagined biggest! That you put many ice cube on a Plexiglas...
But it's much more practical to pass in macro mode to play with sugar :)
I find it cool and probably that i even push more the colors! as i like to play... no surprises...
But why not... Probably the last Workshop of my regular period... Let see what we can do of those crystals of sugar?

Hi Rob :)
Very imaginative composition ! So well balanced ... great light and colours .. i love the transparence of sugar ! Fantastic storm really :)
Like Werewolf, i believe it was ice cubes :)
Greetings
Marylou
