Blue Blue Blue Flowers

The spring seems to be more and more evident according to flowers which start to bloom more and more. These blue flowers are captured in the garden of The Peace Palace in The Hague after the lunch time.

I can not tell you what kind of flower it is. The height is about 10 to 20cm growing in the shadows of trees and calm areas.
