[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
After a long absence here on TL for all kinds of reasons, I will try to pick up the paste again. Maybe the sunny days now in Holland give me a bit more energy, so I make a restart with these shots of the blackbird and his nest. I will try to continue the story.

Hi Pim,

Inderdaad de lente kan je wat nieuwe energie geven - hoop toch wel dat dat gaat lukken.

Mijn blackbird is nog druk bezig met het nest in de heg te bouwen en als ik mijn neus buiten de deur durf te steken gaat ze lawaai maken tegen me, dus heb ik geprobeerd door het keukenraam te fotograferen.
Prachtig gezicht, maar is dit gewoon op de grond in het gras??

what a great "spring-postcard"! :-) nice collage and composition showing us the nesting blackbird. i hope it will be successfull
as many eggs and young birds are eaten by cats and especially magpies (around here). well done & best wishes, thor.
