Eyecatching colours here Huub, and I suspect the nicely off-centre composition was forced on you by the presence of this girl's partner? We can see a hand so that would be my assumption? Or somebody waiting further down the steps, if they're queueing (the chain is another clue.)
Some nice geometry with the white railings and the line of her arm, although that detached hand is really hard to reconcile, and I'm not sure that a crop would've helped either, because it would upset the balance of composition.
A shot with fantastic potential, but if I may be honest, doesn't quite deliver.

Who needs a title for shots like this, Huub? ;o)
I find the hand behind her back a bit disturbing, since it is not "connected" to a body. Without it the shot would be perfect!
