[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello dear TL-friends!

No, this is nòt in the Golden Triangle; it's in the Netherlands......... in my neighbourhood!!

This is a normal agriculture plant and it is named (in Dutch): "blauwmaanzaad" (Papaver somniferum).
Maanzaad or blauwmaanzaad is the popular name for the seed from the ball of this plant. For growing blauwmaanzaad races with a low quality to opiates are used .
Maanzaad (just like sesame seed) especially is used on bread and rolls by pushing the paste in a barge with seed. Maanzaad contains none or only a little bit of the active substances in opiates and therefore you can eat it safely.

At this moment in our neighbourhood some plots are flowering.

Bonjour Adri,
Magnifique ce champs de pavots, avec un ciel très nuageux, mais juste ce qu'il faut pour laisser passer le bleu, une superbe lumière, quant au vertu de ces fleurs, nenous inquiètons pas, tu avais l'air bien réveillé!

Très joli champ de pavot ! Bien vu cette disymétrie dans les tiges, surtout avec ce rouge qui domine les autres !
Quant à leurs effets ... Moi ils m'ont bien tapé dans l'oeil ! ;)
