[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello dear TL-friends!

I'm very sorry, but next weeks I don't have much time to be active with TL.
In summertime I daily help on the campsite of my son.
Now and then I will try to post a photo, but in a lower frequency.

Last week we have had wonderful evenings with beautiful light.
Regular I visit the world famous storm surge barrier in the Oosterschelde.
This technical ingeniousness is only 8 kilometres of my house.

In all seasons and under all circumstances it is an attractive subject for a photograph.
Last week the eveningsun was very nice and it shined its warm colours at this construction work.

I find this photo quite interesting with good detais in the foreground. The composition is just perfect with interest in the lone person probably fishing or some thing similar, who knows? A little bit more information of the place could have been more useful

Outstanding light making this storm surge barrier so bright! I like much the attenuated contrast with soft blue and ochre.

Hoi Adri,
This is an excellent clear image of the Zeeuwse 'storm surge barier' (je moet de woorden wel los schrijven anders worden die Engelsen helemaal tureluurs :-) Great POV and the swimmer (?) is a nice detail. Great posting Adri.

Ik denk dat jij er nog meer van heb dan ik.
Maaja, voor jou is het 8km, voor mij 80km.!
Vriend (collega) Jaap van de Nieuwehuizen, ja die van de haringen, weet je nog ? Heeft daar een paar jaar aangewerkt.
Vliegen we later samen naar Dubai, Jaap voor de eerste keer, mocht hij binnen komen, en ik moest weer terug.
Ik was langer dan een half jaar daar wegeweest en niet uitgechecked. Dag duur jaarticket.!
Duurde een maand voordat ik via Abu Dhabi weer terug kwam.
Good old days.

Het ziet er allemaal heel strak en scherp uit Adri,heel mooi zoals je ook de kracht van Nederland laat zien,de eeuwige stijd tegen het water.
De persoon rechts geeft het geheel heel veel extra.

Over een paar weken na mijn terugkomst uit Italie ga ik eens in Zeeland "snuffelen".
