Many of you will immediately recognize this fruit. In the Netherlands we call them "Knippa".

The fruit shown here is grown in Surinam (South America). My wife took it with her when she came back from Surinam, so they are captured in the Netherlands.

I opened one for you, so you can look inside the fruit itself.

Bonjour Joop,

Ce que se doit être bon, cela me fait penser aux litchis eux sont rouges ou roses mais l'écorce et la chair se ressemblent étrangement!!!
Riche idée d'avoir pris cette branche de fruit sur un fond rouge!!!
