Seagull

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
While visiting the town of Noordwijk for a lot of other reasons we had a drink in one ov the pavillions on the beach. There was a lot of wind and the seagulls were actively in the air. They float for a few seconds in the same place against the wind and than let themselves slide away to the left or right side. It seemed like a game.
This is my first bird in flight shot. I selected it from several tens I made that day. The focal length was max (200 mm).
I postprocessed this with levels and a little USM. |

THis is very nice, and sharp photo, amazing details. It looks you sticked to the sky to catch this sharp image. I tried to do this in several ports of Europe, but not with this fine result. It looks like that the seagull just jumped down from the cloud in the background. Jan, I really like it a lot!
